Morning Cuteness

Shiloh was just so adorable yesterday morning in the beautiful sunrise light.  I had to drag myself outside earlier than I usually like, but the picture was worth it.  ; ) 

New Calf

This little cutie was born last week.  Her name is Shiloh.   Isn't she adorable?

Noble Ben

I love how solemn and dignified this big guy looks (normally he's a complete baby). ; )  Plus the lighting is captivating.

First Snow!

We got about four inches of snow yesterday!!!  Okay, okay, you must think me a nut for being thrilled about a pathetic four inches.  I really do have a valid reason though, Kansas City hadn't had a real snow ALL winter! So I was happy to finally get some winter photos!

Okay, introductions.  This is Claire.

This is her baby, Rizzo. Who is cute and he knows it. ; )

This was Rizzo's first snow (he's only 9 months old), and he didn't like it.  I was kneeling down, taking the picture of the footprint (above) and he climbed up on my back, detirmined to keep his paws dry.  He was NOT thrilled when I put him down.  So he looked up at me...

And GLARED!  He placed his little paws on my leg and his look clearly said,

 "Pick me up, and nobody gets hurt!"

LOL Both of these kitties crack me up.

Black & White...

Black & White adds so much to photos.  It can change the whole mood of the picture, adding anything from elegance to mystery.  Here are some of my favorites. 

Kittens

Everyone has to admit kittens are one of the cutest things.... ever.  Unfortunately though, they are very hard to take pictures of.  They can't hold still!!!  It is especially hard if they are very friendly and all they want to do is crawl up into your lap and be pet.  : )  Well, last summer we had a litter of kittens that were just that.  Way too friendly. : )  After a lot of trying I was able to get some shots I was happy with.  Perfect for February since Valentine's Day is coming up!

I love this picture!  I caught him right in the middle of a yawn. : D

This little guys is the runt, he was SO tiny.

 This guy has the most amazing eyes, very captivating.
